Over the past week, from November 3 to 9, a total of 33,668 transactions were concluded on all trading platforms of JSC “Uzbek Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange,” which is 11.5% less than the previous week. Of these, 37.0% were exchange trades, while the remaining 63.0% were conducted through e-commerce trading systems.

As a result of electronic trading for public procurement, the total savings for budgetary and corporate clients amounted to 154.6 billion soums.

During this period, 178 phone numbers were sold through online auctions.

Exchange Trading

During the reporting period, 12,447 transactions were concluded in open exchange trading.

Cotton Fiber

A total of 21,213.0 tons of cotton fiber were offered for exchange trading, of which 16,403.0 tons, or 77.3%, were sold. The average daily trading volume was 3,281.0 tons.

During this period, the daily average price for all grades of cotton fiber decreased from 18,282.2 thousand soums to 17,963.3 thousand soums per ton. On average, 6 buyers participated in the exchange trading each day.

Sugar

Last week, 463.0 tons of sugar were sold through exchange trading. The average daily trading volume of sugar was 93.0 tons.

During this period, the daily average price of sugar decreased from 12,870.1 thousand soums to 12,866.0 thousand soums per ton. On average, 3 buyers participated in the exchange trading each day.

Ammonium Phosphate

During the past week, 11,103.0 tons of ammonium phosphate were offered for sale, of which 3,986.0 tons, or 35.9%, were sold. The average daily trading volume of ammonium phosphate was 797.0 tons.

During this period, the daily average price of ammonium phosphate decreased from 7,915.3 thousand soums to 7,694.9 thousand soums per ton. On average, 252 buyers participated in the exchange trading each day.
