DEPARTMENT FOR APPEALS AND EXECUTION CONTROL
The department is responsible for ensuring the proper organization of document management, clerical operations, and the handling of official documentation within the exchange. It ensures the timely processing of incoming, outgoing, and internal documents; organizes a system for handling phone calls and inquiries from individuals, legal entities, and clients; and monitors the accurate and timely preparation, processing, and archiving of documentation.
The department also provides professional consultations and timely information through the Call Center, offering qualified explanations and guidance on the issues raised in appeals.
