The Legal Department of UZEX carries out legal work related to the activities of the company and its application. This department also works on improving the legal culture and legal literacy of the exchange employees. All draft regulatory documents of the exchange are developed with the participation of specialists from the Legal Department, carefully reviewed, and approved.
The department also maintains a systematic record of regulatory documents received by the exchange, ensures their storage, and keeps them under control. Independently or in collaboration with other departments, the Legal Department participates in the preparation and conclusion of contracts, develops proposals for improving the management system, prepares proposals for amendments and additions, as well as for the recognition of orders and decrees as no longer in force.
